We offer different carriers, depending on the speed of delivery and the region where the product is shipped. Prices may vary when shipped out of EU.
How much does shipping cost in the EU?
Standard Shipping is included in the product price and therefore free for our costumers. We also offer Express Shipping for an additional fee of 80€ per order.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
No, we do not offer overnight shipping.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will contact you for an alternative address. Please note any changes to your shipping address may delay delivery.

My package is lost!
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address and signed for, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Do you have anywhere I can try things on?
So far we do not have any flagship store yet. Check out stockists list and find the shop near you.

What is your return policy?
We offer 14 days return policy. Costs for the return shipping Refunds on domestic and international orders if products return undamaged with the sealed label still attached to the bag. However, should you wish to make an exchange, we are pleased to assist you or offer you store credit.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
In the product description is a list of measurements for each bag, but please contact email@example.com for any additional sizing information.
When not being worn, we recommend bag to be stored in its dust bag. It does not like bleach, household cleansers, hard surfaces, or rough and tumble activities. Please note that the color may transfer to brighter clothes or other bright surfaces. We recommend professional cleanings biannually.
